Jeffrey Dea(d)n Morgan

Jeffrey Dead Morgan
The story of a dead-living artist. Ok, at this point you might not get my punch-line, but you know when an actor is so good at being the bad guy, he permanently gets to be the bad guy in every movie he does. Or a hero… Well, this guy is kind of looking awesome as the dead guy in tv shows and movies. Oh, you think I’m just saying this for fun…

Jeffrey Dea(d)n Morgan

Ok, let’s go back on some tv shows.

Did you used to see Weeds? So you remember this guy Judah Botwin?
Deceased husband…

Ever seen Grey’s Anatomy? The guy who was the old love of Izzie.
Is now…

Supernatural, where he plays the dead father John Winchester.

Oh, and you remember Watchmen the movie, in the first 5 minutes where he actually starts the movie…

Checking on IMDB for future movies, there’s this one called “The Losers“, and the plot for the movie is: “After being betrayed and left for dead, members of a CIA black ops team root out those who targeted them for assassination.”

And it keeps getting better. Movie “Shangai” will be starring Jeffrey Dean Morgan opposite to John Cusack and Ken Watanabe. The Hollywood Reporter says that Morgan will play Connor, an American murdered in Japanese-occupied Shanghai before the attack on Pearl Harbor.”

Well this looks promising. So, tv and movie producers of the world unite. If you’re looking for an actor to play the role of a dead character, I think you know very well who you can call upon. After also researching on the web, and founding out someone had already written about it, I can also say this post has more updated info than before. Rejoice…

This article was also written since I had read somewhere some time ago, that the Portuguese actor Pedro Granger was also becoming a star at being dead at every soap opera. In least someone is creating new job positions…

(This is what happens when there’s nothing good on tv, and street art in Portugal is taking vacations.)
