“The blue wall faces” was the name given to the wall of the Psychiatric Centre of Lisbon (Júlio Matos) on one of the best GAU proposals of the year, including the artists Aspen, Eime, José Carvalho, Mar, Miguel Ayako, Nark, Nomen, Odeith, Robô, Slap and Smile.
