Work in Progress Garrett is a platform that has been receiving artists for the past weeks, working on several rooms for the period of a week. João Samina was one of the artists, leaving a big stencil wall in one of those spaces.

Shifting the attention on to Portuguese artists outside Portugal, these are the latest pieces by Rotten Leftovers in the forests of Switzerland. Expect some more soon.

Not more than two weeks ago, Btoy was the 3rd artist to be invited for the WOOL festival in Covilhã. Btoy is a female artist from Barcelona that works mainly on stencil. I’ve had the chance to see her working in Barcelona before, and was happy to see her work again 4 years later and this time in Portugal. Along with her was artist Uriginal, who I’ve left some flicks here as well. Besides painting the main wall, Btoy had time to do a weekend workshop with locals, and paste up some posters in town. Btoy was the invited artist for the 3rd event of the WOOL fest in Covilhã, and while the final pics aren’t ready, I’ll leave with two paste ups she dropped in Lisboa, before she went back to Barcelona. One is easy to spot, but can you guess the other one location?

Costah has worked on a new collective exhibition at Piece of Resistance in Viana do Castelo, alongside with Agra and Romain de roi, exploring different medias through sound and it’s environment. A total of 35 canvas and live paintings were on display, and after the show Costah took some time to leave some pieces on the streets as well. Video and pics inside.

After a brief stay in Lisboa, artist 2:12 also made a quick jump to Açores, to the city of Horta where he left some more of his posters. Check the snapshots and a video inside.

Recently this week got this amazing batch of flicks shot on a mobile by Tae, but which we’re only possible to leave online now. Love the mood on these, and it sure reminds me of the times I went out for some paste ups in town. New posters up in Porto thanks to Tae, Xesta (Creams Team) & Picker.

Quill has been active in Switzerland, and showing of some new works on the beautiful landscapes of the country. Ink on paper & glue, lost out there.

Listening too much to Rick Ross and the Lonely Island, inspires you to do some non-sense pieces. This is another one by me (Target) for the abandoned car series, one that I’ve started a long time ago.

With the elections coming this week, Adres has left a little intervention on one of the many many billboards on election days.
