Well, and this has to be probably the biggest art event happening in Portugal this year. Cascais ArtSpace was packed with new works from each artist, buildings around Cascais were covered in artworks, and sculptures hidden around the city are more than a reason to go and visit this space. The inauguration was full of people, with a good presentation, and lot’s of freebies in the middle as well. But the amount of work and new stuff in other mediums being produced just for this exhibition made the most of it. Spent a lovely night in the company of host Diogo Machado, Inês and HPito (sorry man, this was the only name I caught, eheh) in a good night tour around Cascais. Well… and what happens when you go to a party? You follow up to the after party, eheh. And that’s Madame time, to take you back to some of the best sounds coming straight out of Lisbon, to mash up the party in London. Well, if you haven’t heard of it, then you’re probably late on it, but the new exhibition from Vhils will have a special preview on the 2nd of July, and open to the public on the 3rd of July till the 6th of August.His new solo show is called “Scratching the Surface”, and will have place in the Lazarides galleries.

By now, everybody is already aware of what happened last night. The King of Pop, Michael Jackson passed away at the age of 50. The man who created thriller and gave birth to the moonwalk, and long before he was the local Wacko Jacko, the man was a genius. Therefore… Rest in peace Michael

Lisboa, PORTUGAL!!! Fuck yeah! This is big news!! I wondered when some months ago I had seen a poster of Faile lost around bica, and thought to myself, no shit. Someone is imitating him? Then went back to check on it again, some hours later and it had vanished. Never really thought about it again… until now. Faile admit to be having an art show in late September in Lisboa, so this is really good news. Someone had the guts to bring some real artists in to our little town.
