Vhils just launched a video out into the world. It’s good to see how much he is improving on his skills, and brand new stuff is coming.

It’s finishing today an exhibition that was ongoing since 24th of March from Os Gémeos, the Brazilian fantastic graff duo @ CCBB Rio de Janeiro. The exhibition is “Vertigem” and showcases such great detail from the twins, that’s impossible not to love everything they do.

I just love the new artwork from Faile. His sculptures are killers. Awesome work being spread on the streets. Even though the first installment went vanished a week after, they did it again and sent the 2nd totem out in to the streets anyway.

AkaCorleone just gave me the insight into a new french duo electro. Make the girl dance with the single “Baby Baby Baby”. Since I had just posted a Fatboy Slim videoclip I didn’t knew, I guess this one fits in the genre. Only not as funny, eheh. Check the video inside…

Gary Baseman had his opening show “La Noche de la Fusion”. Lot’s of people attended and it was full of awesome artwork from the artist. So much effort into it. His usual color palette, Brazilian dancers and lot’s of skulls! Loved the detail of the skeletons climbing up the dancers.

Amongst several speeches given last night, I’ll only highlight my personal choices:
André Gonçalves (On the analysis of a laughing machine)
Alexandra Moura (Wonderful light & shadow fashion on the catwalk)
Nuno Coelho (Amazing talk of awareness to the problems in Palestine)
Manuel Calapez (defining the “tuns tunts” music a.k.a. Techno music)
Sarah Krämer (With her mosaic art, and funky portuguese accent)
Rui Ventura (Good speech on creativity and how we are losing it)
Guilherme Martins (Unveiling the world of his devilish robotics, full of personality)
