Over the past month, Add fuel to the fire and YUP/Paulo Arraiano headed over to London to work on their new collective show at Pure Evil. Found myself some time to check the opening, and it was a great moment all around. Got to meet really nice people, as Pure Evil himself, Pauli Frames who framed the artworks done for the show, and Enable Plus Plus the man who put this show together. Here are some pics of the night.

After closely following part I of the work Add fuel to the fire has been doing, we both headed to Covilhã this past weekend to check the WOOL fest 2nd event. During that stay, Add fuel to the fire headed to the streets to leave 3 new pieces for the people of Covilhã. Check the pics and great video of the whole process inside.

GrafikWalls (mentioned here) made a pop up show on October 1st. Was nice to catch up with some of the artists, and to take a look in person of how the project was going. Catch a sample of what happened on that day.

GrafikWalls is a new project that aims to gather a collective of urban artists and with them to conceive author wallpapers for home decoration thanks to the collaboration with Pedro & Osório, by the mind of João Rei. You can check some samples inside, as well as take the date for the official presentation coming next week at Montana Shop.

It’s with great pleasure that I leave you with a wonderful project I’ve been following closely. Add fuel to the fire has reinvented Portuguese tradition, with his personal touch to the Portuguese tiles. Check images and a video inside, of some of the tiles that can also be seen on the streets of Lisboa. These goodies are flying fast!

With over three weeks since the debut of the PushClick show over at Montana Shop & Gallery, I can finally and properly thank everyone who showed up and continue to support this project. And what a night it was. A huge crowd of people showed up and stayed through the night, whether they were coming to see new stuff, drink a beer or just to play some good old Street Fighter on the arcade. We had original pieces, screenprints and limited edition badges from each artist. The show is still on going for another week or two, and we’ll also have a 2nd installment of the show at LxFactory for the Open Day. Thursday night, Montana held the the latest show from Addfueltothefire with the launch of his brand new iPhone app and Dj Ride leading the sound through the night. If you have an iPhone/iPod then head hover to the app store and download it for free. Inside, you can find some pics from the night as well as the promo video for the app.

I’ve been following from up close, and this app is looking hella sweet. Diogo Machado aka addfueltothefire just released some teaser pics, and now the brand new video teaser for his upcoming FREE app release and artwork exhibition. Check inside, and don’t forget to show up Thursday at Montana.

Diogo Machado aka Add fuel to the fire is releasing is brand new FREE iPhone app with all new characters built specially for this platform. The release of the app will have a dedicated show at Montana, and Dj Ride who was also part of the team will do a showcase for an hour as well. More info inside.

The Lisboa team faced the Malmo guys last Saturday in Santa Cruz beach. You can check what went down as well as the final result inside. The Portuguese team was made of Add fuel to the fire, Propaganda 31 and Chure. Not being able to be there, André Resende was the man behind the shots.
