Just days away from the inauguration of his brand new solo show, Add fuel to the fire was working at his studio when I decided to pay him a little visit. I can assure you that whether you’re a nerd or not, there’s always something you’ll love in this space. Personally I’d just take his dog, while others might go for the arcade or the Star Wars toys, eheh. The guy is working hard on all new pieces for the show. Meanwhile, here’s a little preview of what will come up.

Add fuel to the fire is having a new solo show by the end of the month. Since the show will take place in a school, the name for the event couldn’t have been better “Back to School 2022″. Flyer and info inside.

Diogo Machado a.k.a. Add Fuel to the Fire just gave his latest exhibition at Waves & Woods this past Saturday, and as usual I was there to snap some pics. After that, I just spent a wonderful night chatting with Cascais massive that came along with the artist.

Happening from this Friday 30th to Sunday 1st of Nov, is the “Le Coq Tuguese“, a showcase of works and conferences by national Portuguese artists such as Carlos Coelho, Diogo Machado (Add Fuel to the Fire) & Paulo Arraiano (YUP) and the wonderful Cabracega. Add Fuel to the Fire brings us a new series of works done for Red Bull Air Race, where we can find tiles designed for each pilot of the race. Each work was inspired individually in the pilots background, interests and team colors. Check the full pics here.

Our Portuguese illustrator Diogo Machado has just released in cooperation with Cropp a big variety of clothes and accessories with his graphical style. Cropp exclusive collection will drop in stores all over Poland in October. I had the privilege to see a preview some time ago, and knew this would be huge. Keep it coming man. Respect.
