Happening from this Friday 30th to Sunday 1st of Nov, is the “Le Coq Tuguese“, a showcase of works and conferences by national Portuguese artists such as Carlos Coelho, Diogo Machado (Add Fuel to the Fire) & Paulo Arraiano (YUP) and the wonderful Cabracega. Add Fuel to the Fire brings us a new series of works done for Red Bull Air Race, where we can find tiles designed for each pilot of the race. Each work was inspired individually in the pilots background, interests and team colors. Check the full pics here.
Our Portuguese illustrator Diogo Machado has just released in cooperation with Cropp a big variety of clothes and accessories with his graphical style. Cropp exclusive collection will drop in stores all over Poland in October. I had the privilege to see a preview some time ago, and knew this would be huge. Keep it coming man. Respect.
Well, and this has to be probably the biggest art event happening in Portugal this year. Cascais ArtSpace was packed with new works from each artist, buildings around Cascais were covered in artworks, and sculptures hidden around the city are more than a reason to go and visit this space. The inauguration was full of people, with a good presentation, and lot’s of freebies in the middle as well. But the amount of work and new stuff in other mediums being produced just for this exhibition made the most of it. Spent a lovely night in the company of host Diogo Machado, Inês and HPito (sorry man, this was the only name I caught, eheh) in a good night tour around Cascais.
