A bird rises in Setúbal

Just got word of this wall in Setúbal, by artist 2-Hands for the “Setúbal mais bonita” (a prettier Setúbal) project, by the city council. The bird on the wall reflects on the name of the adjacent house “Adega dos Passarinhos” (birds wine cellar), a place where Bocage used to take his mistresses back in the days.
Uriginal in Covilhã
As WOOL festival was kicking in for the 3rd event with BTOY, I headed to Covilhã again to get a glimpse of what was happening at the time. Fortunately, Uriginal was in town as well and I had the pleasure to meet him during my stay. The constant good mood with Uriginal was contagious. He also left a piece in Covilhã, and along with it I left a small video of the process.

“Tornar o banal original” by Bordalo II
Montana Shop & Gallery is still holding an exhibition by Bordalo II entitled “Tornar o banal original” (Making the trivial original). Bordalo II blends in trashed objects with the paintings, where you can see behind the layers of ink a whole side of a car, a fire extinguisher or a tricycle splattered amongst vivid colors on the canvas. Check the gallery inside.

One of the most colorful walls from Walk & Talk has got to be Interesni Kazki one.
Walk & Talk by Phlegm
Phlegm is a Sheffield, UK artist who has also made part of the urban festival in Açores. His piece is enormously detailed, and took around 4 days to complete. According to Phlegm, the wall features imaginative but slightly impractical ways of fishing, like herding fish using dead fish heads on spears or tricking fish into shoals with a mobile of false fish. Check this amazing wall inside.
