We’ve announced the show last week, and now the pics are in. “Memória & Destruição” was a collective show with many artists on its line up, working on different mediums. Among the artists, were RUA collective which I’ve been following close lately. You can check the gallery pics and video inside.

“And Nothing” is the latest exhibition of works by eime in Lisboa, to be held at Waves & Woods. Mainly a showcase of previously seen works, you can catch some examples of his stencils in loco until the end of the month. Gallery pics inside.

To celebrate the 2nd anniversary at Montana Shop & Gallery, ARYZ was invited to leave some of his process drawings for a small show. After leaving this amazing wall in the heart of Lisboa, his show was packed throughout the night. This kid has skills, and his drawings prove that for his tender age. Check some of the pics from the show and the night of the event inside.

Not more than two weeks ago, Btoy was the 3rd artist to be invited for the WOOL festival in Covilhã. Btoy is a female artist from Barcelona that works mainly on stencil. I’ve had the chance to see her working in Barcelona before, and was happy to see her work again 4 years later and this time in Portugal. Along with her was artist Uriginal, who I’ve left some flicks here as well. Besides painting the main wall, Btoy had time to do a weekend workshop with locals, and paste up some posters in town. Check it all inside, with pics from Pedro Seixo Rodrigues mixed with some of my own. Enjoy.

Salão Coboi is a name I’ve been following for some time now, but still hadn’t had the chance to see their work live. They just had an exhibition which is still ongoing at Galeria Dama Aflita in collaboration with Round Square Collective. I just love their characters, and these sculptures really prove their terrific talent. Check the gallery and video inside.

Krypton Gallery just hosted a small show from Tosco & Fossil, by the name of “STOPMUNDO”. The space gallery suits perfectly for the large walls it provides, specially for graffiti artists as is the case. Check the gallery and video inside.

Montana Shop & Gallery is still holding an exhibition by Bordalo II entitled “Tornar o banal original” (Making the trivial original). Bordalo II blends in trashed objects with the paintings, where you can see behind the layers of ink a whole side of a car, a fire extinguisher or a tricycle splattered amongst vivid colors on the canvas.
