In the past years, Seixal has been know to have one or two events yearly connected to Street-Art and Graffiti. Well, this year it gets even better. Meeting of Styles will take the form of Seixal Graffiti, and select 8 participants from the projects they receive. Get your entries done before the 18th of September. All inside the post!

“Estão abertas as candidaturas para o 1º Concurso de Graffiti de Almada.

Podem participar todos os jovens a residir ou a estudar no concelho de Almada, com idades entre os 14 e os 25 anos. As candidaturas deverão conter propostas originais, inéditas e da autoria dos candidatos. Os materiais serão disponibilizados pela Câmara Municipal de Almada. Consulta as normas, vê as imagens dos locais e muros a concurso no Sítio da Juventude e apresenta a(s) tua(s) proposta(s) de graffiti numa das Casas Municipais da Juventude até ao próximo dia 5 de Setembro.”

Well, on the May 24th happened the last Secret Wars in London. The battle was performed by UK artists against our Portuguese ones. The English team had Alfa, Jimi Crayon and Tek1 and our Portuguese team was made by Mar, Klit and Hium. I believe we just lost round 1, but the good news is that round 2 will be in Lisbon.
