WOOL, the urban art festival from Covilhã together with Balneário, has been hitting Lisboa with “on tour” events always connected to urban art. Back at the Lx Factory Open Day, they invited several artists to paint some of the walls, and this is Mário Belém and Hugo Makarov brilliant execution.
